聯發電機股份有限公司創立於 民國六十七年 5 月,由熱愛機電設備生產的葉蔡傳先生創設,透過電機行的設立實踐其 「追求品質、提高技術」「加強服務、信用第一」的信念 。 公司創立時,正值台灣由農業 社會向工業社會轉型階段,高低壓配電製造業在工業投資強勁成長帶動下,業務蓬勃發展,為因應需求的持續擴增,陸續增資轉型,除推行企業管理制度,全面電腦化、作業系統化與制度化,以追求營業績效高度成長外,亦積極推行專業分工、服務至上與品保理念,用有效的組織、速度的管理來突破經營巢臼、開創新局;期間亦獲 ISO-9001 認證具體肯定。進入二十一世紀後,本公司以垂直整合策略,深化專業服務,取得 ISO-14001 認證,並完成鈑金、塗裝公司的興建投產,至此聯發電機已成為一家從設計、鈑金、塗装、裝配一系列完整專業的配電盤製造廠;九十年 6 月增資達 5100 萬元,期以更堅實的資本與團隊陣容,在品質、安全、服務的基石上,建立品牌形象,並尋求能在專業領域中永續經營、全面發展。

Walking along the path of quality

Land Far Electric Co., Ltd. was established in May 1978 by its founder, Mr. Yeh Tsai-Chuan, who had a passion for producing the mechanical and electrical equipment. The conviction of "Pursue the quality, enhance the techniques" and "Improve the service , the reputation first" was practiced through the establishment of the company. Since its foundation , it was just when Taiwan entered into the industry society from the agricultural society, and the highvoltage and low-voltage power distribution manufacturing industry developed vigorously by the strong growth of industry investment. Due to the contiguously increasing demand, Land Far kept raising capital and transforming. The company not only implements the enterprise management system , the comprehensive computerization, the operation systematization and institutionalization, thus to pursue the highly growing business performance, but also positively carries out the specialized labor division, the supreme service, and the concept of quality control with the effective organization and the speed management to break through the management difficulty innovatively. Meanwhile, Land Far also attained the ISO9001 certification for quality

After entering the 21st century, Land Far received the ISO-14001 certification by the vertical integration strategy and the deepening professional service. With the completion of the sheet metal plant and the coating plant, Land Far has become a professional switchgear manufacturer with a complete series of design, sheeting, coating, and assembling. The company raised the capital to NT$51 million in June 2001, and expects to set up the brand image by the stronger capital and team under the solid foundation of quality, security, and service. It is also continuously working to im prove professionalism and technical competency in professional realm and to continue growth.
